Qi Gong in Berlin Kreuzberg

Dienstag, 18.30-19.30: Park am Gleisdreieck

Freitag, 18.00-19.00: Naturheilpraxis (Manteuffelstr. 67, 10999 Berlin)

Qi Gong is a gentle and „simple“ movement and health practice from East Asia. The complexity of Qi Gong becomes evident if we try to harmonize relaxation with our body posture (structure).

In my work, the personal experience of body and breath as physical as well as mental resources and the possibilities for changing dysfunctional body structures are important to me. I try to translate Chinese philosophical concepts into Western traditions of thought and thus make their characteristics accessible. I also draw on various traditions of Chinese arts and compare the central elements of exercises.

The training is ongoing, it is possible to join at any time without prior knowledge.

We teach basic exercises from Zi Ran Men and especially the Yi Jin Jing from Zi Wu Men traditions.

Suitable for beginners as well as advanced students of all ages.

Monthly fee: 60 euro, 10-ticket: 200 euro, single lesson: 70 euro

About me:
I studied philosophy and ethnology in Berlin and earned my doctorate in philosophy. I have been practicing traditional Chinese martial arts and healing arts (Zi Ran Men, Zi Wu Men, Liu He Ba Fa, Baji Quan) and Zen meditation since the early 1990s.

I have been teaching Qi Gong and meditation practices since 2012.

From 2014 to 2024 I taught Qi Gong at the psychiatric clinics of Vivantes Klinikum Berlin in Spandau and Reinickendorf. I am interested in Asian practices of cultivation as well as Western traditions, especially psychoanalysis according to Freud-Lacan.
